Accompaniment jam suitable for fresh and dry cheeses (cottage cheese, fresh goat cheese ...), white meats, poached or steamed fish etc ... It is perfect for Asian or Creole cuisine.

 I have a weakness for small raw vegetables just dipped in them as an aperitif or as a starter.  Others prefer it with foie gras. And why not with a simple baked potato!

 Spicy and spicy with a hint of cayenne pepper !!!!

Ingredients (per 100g): 58g of red pepper, 36g of sugar, 5g of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, chilli, spices, agar agar.
